Refund policy

At Forever Wear, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the options below explain how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer service at contact@forever-wear.shop with your order number and, if the item is damaged or defective, photos of the item. Once we review and approve your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any item back before requesting a return, as items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@forever-wear.shop.

4. Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange your item for a different size or model. The same condition requirements as returns apply (unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging). Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@forever-wear.shop.

5. Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Use a trackable and, where possible, insured shipping method. The cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
